We’re a studio creating Minecraft experiences – including gameshows, live events, maps, press, and more.

We originally launched in 2021 with the release of our pre-recorded YouTube gameshow “Wraith Race”. Since then we’ve grown as a studio and expanded into multiple branches. Today, we both develop our own Minecraft projects, as well as helping publish those by other creators.

We run a mixture of creator and community events.

Our community events are open to anyone aged 13+, and may require registration in advance.

To take part in one of our creator events, you will usually need to:

• be aged 16+
• be an active content creator
• have a working microphone to talk to other players, and a decent internet connection
• submit a successful application to the event you would like to play in

Requirements may vary slightly between events.

You can apply to The Quiz LIVE here. Opportunities to apply for other events will usually be promoted on our X and Discord.

You can find assets for WraithStation, The Quiz LIVE, and Sphere News in the WraithStation press kit here. You are welcome to use these in press coverage, YouTube thumbnails, and other materials related to the studio and our creations, as long as you are not falsely claiming them or implying them to be your own work.

We use the same term as is used in the main gaming industry, as there are a lot of similarities in processes between Minecraft events and indie games. The main difference is that our relationship with our partners is based on mutual benefit, rather than being financial.

We see the role of a Minecraft event publisher as being to:

• continually work to improve the event and ensure the high quality of releases
• help manage relationships with players, partners, & press
• promote the event on publisher platforms and consistently champion the voice of the event
• constantly seek out new opportunities for growth, wherever those may be

We’re always open to receiving partnership pitches and enquiries.

However we do have very limited spaces, especially for large projects or long-term partnerships, so it’s important to us to make sure a partnership is a good fit for both parties. Here are some of the things we look for when reviewing pitches!

• Daring to craft differently: we want to work with people who aren’t afraid to think outside the box, experiment, and do things differently to others. We love projects that have unique selling points, whether that’s in terms of genre, format, theming, audience, or something else.
• Passion and dedication: making and running events and projects takes a lot of time, work, and effort. We need to know you truly care about your project, and that it’s not just something you came up with on a whim five minutes ago.
• Open-mindedness, communication, and receptiveness to new ideas: our partnerships are a two-way street – we’re looking for people we can work with, not for.
• Within our scope: we’re looking for projects we can make a genuine positive impact on – this means it needs to be a good fit for our skills and within our capacity at the time.

We cover Minecraft events and projects on our press site, Sphere News. If you have an event, opportunity, or piece of news you think we might be interested in covering, let us know! Please note that we do not cover all projects, and can never 100% guarantee coverage.

In December 2024 we ran a charity campaign called Jinglecrafters, during which we worked with a number of different event organisers and project owners to raise money for Jingle Jam together. This included both WraithStation-developed and WraithStation-partnered projects, as well as external organisers.

For a number of reasons (both those inside and outside our control) we won’t be running Jinglecrafters in 2025. We do have plans to run other big collaborative events in future, but these are currently in early development stages.

While we don’t actively seek these out, we’re absolutely open to discussions. Feel free to get in touch to chat about your project and how we can help!
